Terms and Conditions for grading
A detailed Schedule of Conditions forming the basis of the agreement between the Tourism Grading Council and the Resort owner relating to the Resort's Participation in the National Star Grading Scheme of The Tourism Grading Council of South Africa is available from the Assessor or downloadable from the Grading Council's website, www.TourismGrading.co.za, and will be issued to the resort owner with the relevant application forms for grading.
This covers in detail obligations, conditions and so on. It also covers the ethics imposed on the Assessor by the Tourism Grading Council, as well as the process in the event of disputes and change of ownership of the resort.
